Process Characteristics
Using AAO-MBR process, the sewage and phosphorus-containing return sludge are synchronized into an anaerobic tank, where phosphorus is released by phosphorus-releasing bacteria and some organic matter is ammoniated at the same time. Anoxic pool, the nitrate and nitrite brought back by internal reflux is converted into nitrogen gas through biological denitrification and discharged into the air to remove ammonia and nitrogen. Aerobic membrane pool, nitrifying bacteria will inflow of ammonia and nitrogen through biochemical nitrification into nitrate, nitrite, while removing BOD and absorbing phosphorus, and then through the mechanical filtration of the GMBR ® membrane module, to achieve a high standard of effluent purpose.
