A reclaimed water plant project in Weihui City
The Weihui City reclaimed water plant project is located in the public green space south of the existing Wencai Park pumping station, north of Zhenzhong Road, west of Dong Meng Jiangnu River, and surrounded by residential communities to the east and south. The project is located on the northwest side of a triangular plot of land. The designed wastewater treatment capacity is 20,000 tons/day, divided into two series, with a single series wastewater treatment capacity of 10,000 tons/day. It adopts the AAO-GMBR process, and the effluent meets the GB3838-2002 Class IV surface water standard (TN≤10mg/L).
The project adopts a sunken (semi-underground) design, with compact building structures and a small footprint. The total land area is 5554 square meters, approximately 8.33 mu, which is 1/4 of the standard land area for wastewater plant construction. The underground structures occupy an area of 4203 square meters, and the total above-ground building area is 1808 square meters. The total investment of the project is approximately 110 million yuan.
The project officially entered the commissioned operation period in February 2024. The effluent quality exceeds the GB3838-2002 Class IV surface water standard (TN≤10mg/L), safely supplementing the ecological base flow of the river, and can also be used for nearby industrial production. The reclaimed water plant is adjacent to the Dong Meng Jiangnu River, making full use of existing ecological resources, integrating with the surrounding environment, and simultaneously driving the increase in the value of surrounding land.
