In accordance with the overall deployment requirements of the Group, in order to standardize company management, strengthen system construction, consolidate the foundation for development, and improve employee work efficiency, Grunkel Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. conducted a one-day training session in the company's meeting room on April 18. Grunkel's staff and all personnel from its subsidiaries participated in this training.
This training was conducted by Mr. Hou Dongping, a national registered quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system auditor and registered construction engineer, and Ms. Lü Xiaomei, director of the Henan office of the China Construction Association. They combined system management requirements with the actual work of the environmental protection company, using actual cases from similar companies for analysis, explanation, and guidance.
Through this training, consultation, and exchange, all Grunkel personnel systematically sorted out and improved the requirements and processes related to departmental work functions, personal job responsibilities, and management regulations. A systematic management mindset was established, and awareness of standardized management was enhanced. In the following work, everyone will gradually refine and improve, strictly adopt the PDCA method and the concept of system management, work efficiently, continuously improve, constantly innovate, and always strive for progress!
