To strengthen employee health education, improve employee health literacy, promote a healthy lifestyle, and popularize health knowledge, on the afternoon of December 19, 2020, we specially invited Mr. Mei Dongfeng from the Provincial Safety and Health Education and Training Center to conduct a special lecture on health knowledge titled "Joint Construction and Sharing, Healthy Central Plains" in the meeting room of Ge Runkeli Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
Using a large number of vivid pictures and real-life cases, Mr. Mei explained in an easy-to-understand manner the commonly used health prevention knowledge in daily life and work, covering aspects such as first-aid knowledge for preventing and responding to sudden public health emergencies (artificial respiration, chest compressions, etc.), common diseases, prevention of occupational diseases and chronic diseases, and how to improve indoor air quality. At the same time, he actively interacted with the employees on site, demonstrating first-aid measures to deal with emergencies and demonstrating the pressing techniques of commonly used acupoints.
Through this training, all employees gained a professional understanding of occupational health and safety common sense and preventive measures, providing theoretical and practical guidance for subsequent self-health prevention and treatment and common disease prevention. It enhanced the awareness of safety and health prevention and emergency treatment common sense, and played a positive role in promoting subsequent self-occupational health prevention and treatment.
